Job Description: Multiple openings for SAS Programmers with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience
- Business and Functional Knowledge:
- Comprehensive knowledge of clinical and pharmaceutical drug development process and associated Good Clinical Practice (GCP)
- Awareness of regulatory requirements e.g. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and International Conference on Harmonization (ICH) guidelines
- Multi-phase experience in Clinical research (phase 1, phase 2, phase 3, phase 4) in a variety of study complexities
- Experience of different Therapeutic Areas (TAs)
- Programming Experience:
- SAS programming knowledge corresponding to advanced level
- Base SAS software (including macro and SQL)
- SAS graph
- SDTM certification – In depth knowledge of SDTM principles and standards
- Applied to AZ SDTM standard
- S-plus programming knowledge
- Analytical skills
- Ability to turn analysis needs into data structures
- Understanding content and structure of data in order to visualize potential usage and application to the customer
- Drug submission experience with a holistic approach on the data chain
- Submission data standards
- Minimum Requirements:
- University degree (Mathematical, Statistical, Computer Science or Life Science) or equivalent experience
- Comprehensive knowledge of Clinical Drug Development processes and ability to and ensure compliance with regulatory authorities, quality and technical standards
- 3+ years relevant programming experience
- Computer programming aptitude
- Good communication and presentation skills
